How to compare safely

A digital estate changes whenever an account, device, adviser, family role or law changes. Prefer tools that make review dates, export and replacement straightforward.

Assign one person to review the map annually. Remove obsolete contacts and stale files rather than accumulating contradictory copies across several “legacy” products.
