Before you subscribe
Is Simple less encrypted than Private?
No. Both encrypt files before upload. Simple lets ZeroLatch manage recovery; Private makes you responsible for a recovery code that ZeroLatch never stores.
When am I charged?
You choose monthly or yearly billing in the app and see the exact amount before Stripe Checkout.
What happens if a payment fails?
We mark the account for billing attention. A billing problem must not be treated as a missed check-in or start a delivery.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Subscription changes are managed through the billing portal in your account settings.
